<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an outward appearance quality by a garnish layer and to eliminate the risk of trouble caused by exfoliation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A weatherstrip 4 comprises a trim part 5 with a generally U-shaped cross-section and a hollow seal part 6, and a decorative lip 18 is extension-formed on the trim part 5, its base body being constructed of EPDM. A garnish layer 26 constructed by a nonwoven fabric made of PET and the like is arranged on a decorative face D such as an outer surface of the decorative lip 18 through an adhesive resin layer. The adhesive resin layer is constructed of a first film layer 25A made of an olefine system resin disposed in the base body side and a second film layer 25B disposed in the garnish layer 26 side. The second film layer 25B is formed by a resin mixture material with a principal component of a polyester resin wherein the ratio of polyhydric carboxylic acid and polyhydric alcohol is 1:1, the proportion of an aromatic system acid and an aliphatic system acid in the acid is 45-65:55-35, and an olefine system material having solubility with the first film layer 25A is contained.
