<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor apparatus and a motor actuator capable of miniaturizing a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A control circuit member 14 includes: a position sensor 72 as a detection device for detecting rotation of a rotor 42; a substrate 62 mounted with a motor controller 71 as a control part for controlling rotation of the rotor 42 based on an output signal from the position sensor 72; and a feeder plate 61 as a base for supporting the substrate 62.
