PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of insufficient antishock property of plastic lenses for spectacles, where primer layers are formed on the plastic substrates, hard coat layers are formed on the primer layers, and antireflexion films are formed on the hard coat layers, the antireflection film made thicker than the prescribed film thickness and being formed with convex and concave surfaces.
SOLUTION: A primer layer is formed on a plastic base material, a hard coat layer is formed on the primer layer, and an antireflection film is formed on the hard coat layer. In the antireflection film, the optical film thickness on the convex face side of a specific low refractive index layer and the optical film thickness on the concave face side of the specific low refractive index layer are formed to have prescribed ranges, and consequently excellent characteristics, such as the improved hardness of the convex face of a fragile plastic lens, the firmer adherence of the film, improved interference colors and improved shock resistance, are obtained.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
