<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head which uses a support member which is low in working cost and free in shape, control deformation and breakage of a recording element substrate, and are high in reliability of a printing quality, and its production method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The inkjet printing head comprises: the recording element substrate, having an energy generation element for discharging a recording liquid; an ink supplying member for storing the recording liquid; and the support member for relaxing a difference of the linear expansion coefficient of the ink supplying member and the recording element substrate, wherein the support member has a first layer which constitutes the surface of the side to be connected with the recording element substrate and is formed with a PPS containing a first filler of 50 wt.% or above and a second layer which constitutes the surface of the side to be connected with the ink supplying member and is formed with a thermoplastic resin containing a second filler.
