<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition wall formable as a closed space or an opening space by use, and capable of freely partitioning the space. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A body 3 of partition units 2A, 2B, 2C and 2D composed of the body 3 and right-left partition plates 5 and 5, is formed in a longitudinally long rectangular solid shape fixed to a floor surface. The right-left partition plates 5 and 6 are respectively rotatably installed in a horizontal plane via hinges 4a and 4b on both right-left ends of the body 3, and the partition plates 5 and 6 are set in the substantially same width and height dimension as the body 3.
