The device (10) has a divided rotor device provided with an upper rotor and a lower rotor (20), where the rotors are rotatably supported in a stator (12). Rotating movement of the upper rotor is rotated from a starting position to a shifting position that is shifted around a predetermined angle during coupling of both the rotors. A latch (13) is provided in unlocking position in the starting position, and the latch is provided in locking position in the shifting position. The torque-transferring connection between the rotors exists in the coupling position.
