PURPOSE: A method for producing bamboo case liquor is provided to quickly inject liquor using vacuum inhalation force and improve productivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing bamboo case liquor comprises: a step of placing bamboo case(41); a step of filling water to the bottom of a support screen inside a liquor injection container(2); a step of decompressing the liquor injection container to maintain the vacuum in a container; a step of automatically inhaling liquor(40) in the liquor tank(20) to the inside of the liquor injection container; a step of injecting liquor to the bamboo case automatically; a step of withdrawing each bamboo case from the liquor injection container then drying outside; and a step of coating a sealing material. |
