PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of easily integrating a plurality of semiconductor thin-films consisting of different materials.

SOLUTION: The semiconductor device has a substrate having an insulating property and conductive layers formed along one surface of the substrate. A plurality of the semiconductor thin-films being mutually isolated in the direction along the surface of the substrate and having crystal structures respectively are joined with the conductive layers. Electrodes are connected to surfaces on the reverse side to joint surfaces with each conductive layer of a plurality of the semiconductor thin-films. Each semiconductor thin-film contains light-emitting elements emitting lights in approximately the vertical direction to the surface of the substrate by applying voltages among the conductive layers and the electrodes. The light-emitting elements contained in each of at least two of a plurality of the semiconductor thin-films emit the lights having mutually different wavelengths.
