Ž<P>SOLUTION: This heating cooker includes an infrared ray lamp heater 17 of a wavelength region transmitting the steam, a support ring 23 has the total width 24 of 2.5-4.5 mm, and a line pitch 25 of 0.6-1.2 mm, so that the electric field intensity is dispersed to between lines, and the abnormal light emission is prevented, thus the surface of food 11 is made crispy, and energy-saving performance is improved by performing efficient heating.
