<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device for automatically inspecting a small gap between planes wherein at least one plane is ferromagnetic in a generator. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of magnets 27 are arranged on a mounting base 23 while being distributed on the mounting base 23 along the whole length of the same, and by the magnets, the mounting base 23 is brought into contact with the ferromagnetic plane of the gap while the magnets are mounted on the face of the mounting base 23 facing the ferromagnetic surface in a reverse direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
