摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce shading or crosstalk resulting from voltage drop of a power supply line in a display device using organic EL element. <P>SOLUTION: In each pixel circuit P, a drain of a driving transistor 121 is connected to a power supply line 105DSL through a lead-out wire 1DL. At least one of the length and width of the lead-out wire 121DL is adjusted along the longitudinal direction of the power supply line 105DSL so that each driving transistor 121 has the same drain potential in the same emission luminance condition. For example, the lead-out wire 121DL is mad thin and long on a driving scanning part 105 to increase the resistance, and made thick and short with distance therefrom to reduce the resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
