<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal unit of a refrigerating device in which drying of a top panel is not required after an underwater air-tightness test, and its manufacturing method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This internal unit 1 includes a plurality of heat exchangers 2, 3, a frame 4, and a plate-like member 5. The frame 4 is connected to each of the plurality of heat exchangers 2, 3 so that a prescribed space part 6 is formed between the plurality of heat exchangers 2, 3. The plate-like member 5 covers at least a prescribed part of the space part 6. Further, in the manufacturing method of the internal unit 1, the underwater air-tightness test is performed in a state of the plurality of heat exchangers 2, 3 being connected to the frame 4 before attaching the plate member 5.
