<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Sm<SB>2</SB>Fe<SB>17</SB>N<SB>3</SB>which is high in homogeneity and can exhibit stable characteristics, and to provide a resin composition for a bonding magnet containing the Sm-Fe-N-based magnetic particle powder, and the bonding magnet. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the Sm-Fe-N-based magnetic particle powder comprises producing an SmFe compound by effecting reduction-diffusion reaction using a samarium oxide-iron composite and metal calcium, then subjecting the SmFe compound to nitriding reaction. The Sm-Fe-N-based magnetic particle powder can be manufactured by laminating the samarium oxide-iron composite and the metal calcium, and installing the laminate into a vessel in the case of performing the reduction diffusion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
