<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressed air leak diagnostic device for detecting and outputting a possible location of air leak and an amount of leak in a compressed air plant. <P>SOLUTION: The compressed air leak diagnostic device using a simulator in a compressed air plant having a compressed air supply device, a piping network, and a consumption device as the network configuration equipment comprises: a function for expressing a possible location of compressed air leak by an equipment model as a consumption device, and mounting it in the network model; a function for creating all the combinations for selecting a possible location of leak; a function for finding a state quantity by the simulator using a leak quantity as a state variable, solving an optimization problem using an objective function consisting of the state quantity output from the simulator and a measured value for all the combinations for selecting a possible location of leak from the measurement value measured by measuring equipment, and calculating a leak quantity in all the combinations for selecting a possible location of leak; and a function for outputting the calculated leak quantity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
