PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar collector including a carbon nanotube structure, and a solar heating system using the same. SOLUTION: This solar collector includes a substrate, a sidewall, a transparent cover disposed on the sidewall opposite to the substrate, a chamber composed of the substrate, the sidewall and the transparent cover, and a heat-absorbing layer disposed on the substrate. The heat-absorbing layer includes the carbon nanotube structure. The carbon nanotube structure includes a plurality of carbon nanotubes. The plurality of carbon nanotubes are isotropically arranged, arranged along a prescribed direction, or arranged along a plurality of different directions.
