<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform transfer of interrupt processing even when switching of an operation state and reception of an interrupt signal are simultaneously generated. <P>SOLUTION: Connection from an external device connected to an image processing apparatus is received, an interrupt request is received from the connected external device and the interrupt request is distributed in accordance with whether the received interrupt request includes a predetermined interrupt factor or not. In accordance with the distributed interrupt factor, the interrupt request is simultaneously notified to a CPU operating in a normal mode and a CPU operating in an energy saving mode. Consequently, even when the switching of an operation state of the image processing apparatus and the reception of an interrupt signal are simultaneously generated, the transfer of the interrupt processing can be smoothly performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
