<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an impressed voltage when flying an ink mist, and to enhance print quality, in an inkjet recorder. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A reflecting plate 16 for a capillary wave is provided in the vicinity of an ultrasonic excitation meniscus 11 excited in a convergence point X on an ink free surface, and an ink fine particle 15 is injected effectively by increasing a liquid face amplitude of the ultrasonic convergence point with a reflected wave thereof. A generation amount of the ink fine particle 15 is further controlled by changing a distance between the ultrasonic convergence point and the reflecting plate 16 for the capillary wave. Patterns of a reflecting part and a nonreflecting part are also formed in the reflecting plate 16 for the capillary wave, and the generation amount of the ink fine particle 15 is controlled by changing a ratio thereof.
