PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a rolling shutter distortion of CMOS imaging device. SOLUTION: The CMOS imaging device 43 generates an image signal of one frame in 1/60 sec. The CMOS imaging device 43 generates an image signal of one frame in 1/30 sec. The CMOS imaging device 43 progressively outputs the image signal. A CMOS image signal image processing unit 30 receives the image signal from the CMOS imaging device 43. The image signal is stored in a frame memory 33. An interlace processing circuit 34 interlacingly outputs the image signal stored in the frame memory 33.
