<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recycling waste printed paper by which a printing ink and a toner can effectively be separated off from the waste printed paper. <P>SOLUTION: The method for recycling waste printed paper for peeling off the ink from the waste paper printed with the ink, includes a disintegration step for stirring the waste printed paper and water in a pulp disintegrator to disintegrate the paper into a pulp-like product, a dehydration step for dehydrating the obtained waste paper pulp by a dehydration machine, a mixing step for stirring and mixing the dehydrated waste paper pulp with a gas from a gas-generator with a stirrer mixer, a dispersion step for dispersing the ink of the stirred and mixed waste paper pulp with a mixer, a removal step for mixing the waste paper pulp with a deinking agent to remove the ink, and a washing step for washing the obtained waste paper pulp with water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
