<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visor cover fitting structure enhancing the appearance and the texture by preventing generation of any space between an upper cover and a lower cover. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The visor cover fitting structure is divided into an upper cover 12 and a lower cover 13, and arranged so as to cover the periphery of a meter 10 of a vehicle. A first guide part 170 for drawing the upper cover 12 in the direction of a mating face 192 to the upper cover 12 is provided on the lower cover 13. A second guide part 197 for drawing the lower cover 13 in the direction of a mating face 190 to the lower cover 13 is provided on the upper cover 12.
