PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for easily removing an existing sealing material without leaving any residual sealing material and without cutting an ALC panel when a sealing material is re-placed for the ALC panel. SOLUTION: This ALC sealing removal device 11 includes a router body 2 having a rotating shaft, a router bit 1 detachably mounted on the rotating shaft, a base section 12 which is formed of a plate-like member extending from at least a part of the periphery of the rotating shaft in the direction perpendicular to the rotating shaft and having a surface in contact with the front surface of the ALC panel and which is detachably mounted on the router body, and a guide 13 so affixed to the surface of the base section brought into contact with the front surface of the ALC panel as to linearly extend from the periphery of the rotating shaft.
