PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine effects of control for reducing vibration generated at a movable member without being influenced by individual differences even if a secular change or the like causes a change to the vibration. SOLUTION: The driving control device has a driving means which drives the movable member, a position detecting means which detects a position of the movable member, a driving control means which controls the driving of the driving means according to the position of the movable member detected by the position detecting means, and a determination means which determines effects of control by the driving control means by measuring and comparing the vibration of the movable member between a time when there is control by the driving control means and a time when there is no control.
