<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor wherein a drive coil can be directly positioned and fixed on a circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: A flat vibration motor includes: a stator plate 11 mounted with a flexible substrate 14 for power supply having two drive coils C<SB>1</SB>, C<SB>2</SB>around a spindle 12; and a rotor 20 having magnets 22 and an eccentric weight 24 planarly opposed to the drive coils C<SB>1</SB>, C<SB>2</SB>and rotatably supported on the spindle 12. The flexible substrate 14 has coil positioning holes 14b, 14c. The flexible substrate 14 is stuck to the other side of a two-sided adhesive film 13 one side of which is stuck to the stator plate 11. The drive coils C<SB>1</SB>, C<SB>2</SB>are fit into the coil positioning holes 14b, 14c and the lower end faces of the drive coils C<SB>1</SB>, C<SB>2</SB>are stuck to the other side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
