PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stimulate desires of fishes for taking baits, to increase fishing results, and to save labor of an angler to carry out fish attracting operation by more complicatedly swinging a rod tip. SOLUTION: The rod tip is subjected to combined swinging motions of vertical, right and left, and elliptical motions by a power source device capable of regulating voltage, a motor part with a gear device for deceleration and regulation, and an arm part having a straight-line part, a curved part, and a straight-line part, and components capable of precisely transmitting the movement thereof as the movement of the rod tip.
