PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel structure which prevents the exterior surface of a movable panel from being damaged when moving the movable panel upward. SOLUTION: A wire 4 is connected to the bottom of the movable panel 2 at the outer side with respect to a vertical line passing through the center of gravity G of the movable panel 2. Referring to (2), when a force F is acted, an abutting part 11a installed on the side plate 44a of the movable panel 2 makes a reaction-force-Fx from a support plate 42a to the abutting part 11a act against a horizontal component Fx of the force F to compensate the forces. Thus, only the vertical component Fy of the force F remains as a force acting on the movable panel 2 to generate a force moment rotating the movable panel 2 inward around G. As a result, a space 14 is always generated, which eliminates contact between the exterior surface of a plate 29 and the interior surface of a plate 28 to eliminate a fear of damaging the exterior surface of the movable panel 2.
