<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control leakage of screen information due to leaked electromagnetic waves. <P>SOLUTION: An adjustment part 12 applies a white signal to the brightness of each pixel constituting a screen, or the brightness of the pixel is linearly transformed and the contrast of a display image is reduced.
