<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an immobilized lipase having the same levels of properties as those before use by effectively utilizing an immobilizing carrier of the used immobilized enzyme used for esterification reaction. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the immobilized lipase includes adding a solvent to the immobilized lipase used for the esterification reaction, washing the immobilized enzyme until the remaining oil content becomes ≤50 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the immobilizing carrier, bringing the product into contact with an alkali solution, collecting the resultant immobilizing carrier, and allowing the immobilizing carrier to adsorb the lipase on the immobilizing carrier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
