<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To handle a coolant 27 and an oil 6 while that are virtually constrained, and to enable a gas which has been sufficiently separated into vapor and liquid to be discharged from an external discharge pipe 39. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A coolant gas 27 containing an oil is discharged from a discharge port 18, passes through a rotor passage 36, and subsequently passes through a stator passage 37. Then, the coolant gas 27, after coming out of a stator upper section chamber 38 at outside circumference of a connection chamber 34, is discharged to the outside of the sealed vessel 1 passing through an external discharge pipe 39 provided at a portion higher than the location of the stator upper section chamber 38 of a sealed vessel 1. Then, the oil 6 is made to be hard to come up the inner wall surface of the sealed vessel 1 by providing a concave and convex 5 processing on the inner wall surface of the sealed vessel 1, and is prevented from being discharged to the outside of the sealed vessel 1, so that oil 6 adhered to an inner wall surface of the sealed vessel 1 may not come up the inner wall surface of the sealed vessel 1, and may not be discharged to the outside of the sealed vessel 1 as it is.
