<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resin particles which are excellent in coatability and optical properties and hardly comes off from coated articles. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing process of the resin particles includes polymerizing a monomer mixture containing 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl monomer, 0.1-20 pts.wt. of an aliphatic (meth)acrylate-based monomer having an ether group, an ester group, and a hydroxyl group and a polymerization initiator in an aqueous medium, to prepare the resin particles.
