PURPOSE: A fiber-steel plate composite panel for reinforcing a concrete structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the corrosion resistance of the fiber-steel plate composite panel using in the reinforcement of the concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: A fiber-steel plate composite panel for reinforcing a concrete structure(P) comprises a panel(30), and a finishing cap(40). The panel is made of an electrolytic galvanized iron and a reinforcing fiber. The electrolytic galvanized iron is generally made of rectangle steel plates. A perforated hole is formed inside the electrolytic galvanized iron. A galvanized composition is formed on the surface of the electrolytic galvanized iron. The reinforcing fiber adheres to the surface and the rear surface of the electrolytic galvanized iron. A perforated hole(13) is formed on the reinforcing fiber. The both ends of the panel are inserted into the finishing gap. The finishing cap is generally made of a cuboid shape. An insertion groove is formed on the finishing cap.
