<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing a formed body having a complicated cubic shape without applying any excessive load to a die. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, a non-ferrous metallic material is plastically worked using the dies 30a, 30b having the recessed parts 31 and the formed body 10 having projecting parts 12, 13 corresponding to recessed parts 31 is formed. A pre-formed body 20 composed of almost plate-like body and having small projecting parts 22a, 22b at the positions corresponding to the recessed parts 31, on at least one side surface of this plate-like body, is formed by using a casting method. Successively, the pre-formed body 20 is set onto the die 30a so that the small projecting parts 22a, 22b are opposed to the recessed parts 31 and the pre-formed body 20 is plastically worked by the use of the die 30a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
