<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an electric actuator for accurately controlling a valve opening with a simple and inexpensive structure. <P>SOLUTION: The control device of the electric actuator includes an opening detector 24 for detecting an opening and closing position of a valve, and a control device 18 for opening and closing the valve to the opening in accordance with an opening command signal by rotating and driving an electric motor 5 in accordance with the digital opening command signal based on an opening command transmitted from a host side and an opening detection signal transmitted from the opening detector 24.
