<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner capable of causing light to stably scan at a high speed and a transport device provided with the optical scanner. <P>SOLUTION: A laser radar device 1 includes a reflecting mirror 25, a motor 30, and a light sender 70. A laser beam is emitted from the light sender 70 so as to pass on a first axis L1. The motor 30 includes a stator 301 and a rotor 302. The stator 301 has an angle adjustment member 31 fixed thereto, and the angle adjustment member 31 has a rotating member 33 provided thereon turnably around a second axis L2. The rotating member 33 is connected to a rocking frame 24 so as to be rotatable around a fourth axis L4. The rocking frame 24 is supported on the rotor 302 so as to be rocked with a third axis L3 as an axis of rocking. The reflecting mirror 25 is fixed to the rocking frame 24. By rotation of the rotor 302 around the first axis L1, the rocking frame 24 is rotated around the first axis L1 while rocking with the third axis L3 as the axis of rocking, whereby the reflecting mirror 25 is rotated around the first axis L1 while rocking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
