<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seeding implement capable of easily sowing small seeds such as of vegetables or flowers. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The seeding implement has the following scheme. The edge face of the tip side of a hollow shaft is provided with a partition plate having a diamond-shaped opening opened downward. A V-shaped feeding groove following a lower part frame is provided in front of and beneath the partition plate. There is provided a rotator made of an abacus bead-shaped elastic material inscribed on the inner surface of the feeding groove and the diamond-shaped opening of the partition plate to form a discharge port of a size passable for seeds therethrough beneath the partition plate and a feed port smaller in size than the seeds at the contact point with the feeding groove.
