<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make unloading operation easy and suppress drunken drive surely by enabling the linkage of operation for specifying a parked vehicle in unloading and operation for measuring an alcohol concentration in expiration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An unloading adjustment system includes a voiceprint recognition means 60 for recognizing, when an optional driver utters to microphones 20, 40 in loading and unloading by the driver, a voiceprint from the voice, an ID administration means 80 for administering voiceprint recognition data with an driver ID and loading and unloading administration data of a vehicle which are associated with each other by a loading and unloading administration table 81, and an adjustment acceptance or rejection determination means 90 for permitting unloading adjustment based on the driver's ID when the alcohol concentration in expiration is a predetermined concentration or lower by comparing the alcohol concentration in the expiration detected by an alcohol detection means 70 with an alcohol concentration permitted in vehicle drive when a voiceprint recognized in unloading operation is administered by the loading and unloading administration table 81.
