HANDOVER METHOD, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND DEVICE THEREOF

A handover method, communication system and device thereof are used for realizing the data lossless handover in the instance of that the serving gateway SGW changes. The handover method includes: an access network element of the target side receives an end mark packet after the access network handover is occurring and the SGW of the source side handovers to the SGW of the target side; the access network element of the target side sends the downlink data from the core network of the target side to the user equipment according to the indication of the end mark packet. A communication system, serving gateway and packet data network gateway are also provided.
