PURPOSE: A composition for road pavement with improved water holding capacity and drainage capacity and a pouring method in a field using the same are provided to obtain enough working time for package and perform perfect passage opening within 24 hours. CONSTITUTION: A composition for road pavement with improved water holding capacity and drainage capacity comprises a first binder composition, similar graded aggregate, and titanium oxide based photocatalyst. The first binder composition contains calcium sulfoaluminate based clinker, gypsum, a strength accelerator, and retardant. A pouring method in a field using the composition for road pavement comprises following steps. A sub-base course including aggregate is paved. The paved sub-base course is hardened. The composition the road pavement is prepared on the sub-base course. The titanium oxide based photocatalyst of the powdered form is mixed with the prepared composition for the road pavement.
