PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing an insulation panel of a cargo and the insulation panel using the same are provided to improve the closure force and adhesive force with a supple triplex. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fixing an insulation panel of a cargo comprises a fixing plate(110), a fixing bracket(120) and a combining means(130). The fixing plate is adhered to one side of the insulation panel. The fixing bracket is protruded into the outer side on the fixing plate. A projection part of for fixing bracket is fixed at a stud bolt mounted in a hull. The combining means binds fixing bracket with the fixing plate.
