<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft magnetic steel sheet in which deterioration in magnetism caused by blanking is reduced even if stress relieving annealing is not performed after the blanking, to provide a member for a core, and to provide their production methods. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is a soft magnetic steel sheet where, in the range from the surface to the distance of at least 10% of the sheet thickness, the accumulation degree of the ä222} face to the steel sheet face of an αFe phase is 55 to 99%. Since the accumulation degree of the ä222} face to the steel sheet is high, the <111> orientation hard to be magnetized can be eliminated from the direction parallel to the steel sheet face, so that magnetic properties are improved, further, upon blanking, strains are made hard to be generated, and deterioration in magnetic properties caused by strains is reduced. By performing the production in such a manner that Al and Si are stuck to the surface of a base material steel sheet, working strains are applied thereto by cold working, and then, diffusion heat treatment is performed, the soft magnetic steel sheet in which the accumulation degree of the ä222} face to the steel sheet face of αFe crystals is increased can be formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
