Recovering molybdate or tungstate from an aqueous solution, comprises: (a) contacting molybdate or tungstate containing aqueous solution with a carrier material, under the formation of molybdate or tungstate-loaded carrier material and -depleted aqueous solution; (b) separating the carrier material from the aqueous solution; (c) contacting the molybdate or tungstate loaded carrier material with an aqueous solution under the formation of molybdate or tungstate-depleted carrier material and -loaded aqueous solution; and (d) separating the carrier material from the aqueous solution. Recovering molybdate or tungstate from an aqueous solution, comprises: (a) contacting molybdate or tungstate containing aqueous solution with water-insoluble, cationized inorganic carrier material at a pH of 2-6, under the formation of molybdate or tungstate loaded carrier material and molybdate or tungstate-depleted aqueous solution; (b) separating the molybdate or tungstate loaded carrier material from the molybdate or tungstate-depleted aqueous solution; (c) contacting the molybdate or tungstate loaded carrier material with an aqueous solution at a pH of 6-14 under the formation of molybdate or tungstate depleted carrier material and molybdate or tungstate loaded aqueous solution; and (d) separating the molybdate or tungstate-depleted carrier material from the molybdate or tungstate loaded aqueous solution.
|
