The center has a swiveling bridge (22) supported between two bearing walls (9, 26) swivelable around a horizontal axis. A drive system is attached outside at the walls and is in effective connection with a drive toothed rim (8) of the bridge. A friction locked clamping system (1) i.e. circular ring type-radial clamping system, is arranged around bearing pins (13) of the bridge and performs operating wedging of the bridge. The system stays in effective connection with a disk-type connecting piece (12) such that the clamping force of the system is produced by an energy storage (2).
