<p>Provided is a base station device which performs communication with a user device by using an uplink shared channel. The base station device includes radio resource allocation means which reduces the frequency resource to be allocated to the shared channel if the transmission power information on the user device is smaller than a predetermined threshold value. Moreover, the base station device includes: storage means which correlates the radio resource usable for transmission of the shared channel, uplink radio quality information, and a transmission method used for transmission of the shared channel when storing them; decision means which decides the transmission method to be used for the shared channel by referencing the storage means according to downlink radio quality information reported from the user device and the radio resource usable for the shared channel; and report means which reports the transmission method to the user device.</p> |
