PURPOSE: A food waste disposing apparatus is provided to supplement a fracturing/crushing/compression /drying device efficiently and to prevent emission of bad smell. CONSTITUTION: A food waste disposing apparatus includes a splashing prevention net(3) of a filter net(2), a rotation plate(5), and a water pipe. A rotation blade(4) and rotation plate are fixed on the top of a rotary shaft(6). A housing(23) of the water pipe and a pulverizing screw(21) of a dehydration net(22) are formed on the housing. A silicon pad(24) is formed on an end inlet of the pulverizing screw. A drying chamber(116) includes a collecting container(80). A cable wire(52) and a connection joint(53) are connected on a wire shaft.
