PURPOSE: A retaining wall structure and a construction method thereof are provided to improve the durability of a retaining wall, to conveniently and rapidly execute the construction, to reduce the construction cost, and to improve the vegetation efficiency of trees. CONSTITUTION: A retaining wall structure is composed of an underground bolt(200), a block(300), a longitudinal member(500), and a connection member(400). The underground bolt is inserted in a cut slope(a) at the fixed interval and has an exposure portion(210). The block is assembled to form a retaining wall in the front of a cut slope. The longitudinal member connects between the exposure portions so that the exposure portions are connected longitudinally each other. The connection member is connected between the block and the longitudinal member to have supporting force against the external force. |
