PURPOSE:To perform management for safety and quality satisfactorily, by providing a connector set attachably/detachably on a joint box provided at an optical fiber cable, a solar battery as a control power source, and a television camera to photograph a site. CONSTITUTION:Portable type site managing devices 100 and 200 are connected to the connector via the joint boxes 4 and 6 provided at the optical fiber cable 3. The solar battery 102 supplies the control power source to a local station 101. The television camera 4 photographes the status of the site. A transmission terminal equipment 105 transmits, for example, a voice and the contact information of other control equipments with picture information from the television camera 104. In such a way, the status of the site and a various kinds of information can be managed at a central managing device 1, and the management for the safety and the quality can be performed satisfactorily. |
