PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure grounding and facilitate component replacement and maintenance even when a grounding object portion is a plate having poor rigidity by integrating a contact piece made of a flexible conductive material and a frame member capable of being screwed to a device fixed face. SOLUTION: A contact piece such as a spring plate branched into multiple portions at the tip side portion 1b and protruded and curved to the opposite side to a frame member 4 and the frame member 4 made of a thick sheet metal and provided with a folding pawl 3 and a nut section 2 integrally formed with a burring nut are integrated by spot welding at two positions. The root side portion 1a of the contact piece of a grounding device easily fitted to a device fixed face 5 of a thin plate such as the outer frame material of a copying machine by bolts 6 is kept in contact with its inner face, a tip side portion 1b is easily excited and contacted to a grounding object face 8 through a horizontal oblong hole 7 for reliable conduction. The folding pawl 3 is inserted into a hole 5a to clock the grounding device. Only the contact face with the grounding object face 8 is made of a material having good conductivity.
