PURPOSE: A system and method to service for waiting client of making out the form is provided to shorten the formatting time of a client by using the electronic format. CONSTITUTION: The sequence number waiting paper instrument(10) prints the waiting paper of the bar code corresponding to the waiting number issues. The electronic format table(100) produces the electronic format file to store the prepared electronic format. The teller computer server(200) receives the electronic format file from the electronic format table. The bar-code reader(111) transmits the bar code information to the input unit. The keypad(112) transmits the web-page information consisting of a number or a character to the input unit. The touch screen(113) receives image data directly by the electronic pen. |
