PURPOSE: A water-cooled oil cooler and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve heat exchange efficiency and reduce manufacture and assembly cost and maintain the air-tightness of an inflow/outflow part of oil. CONSTITUTION: A water-cooled oil cooler(100) comprises an outer tube(110), an end member(130) and an inner tube(120). The outer tube has an outer extrusion pin(111) and an inner extrusion pin(112). The outer extrusion pin is protruded from the outer circumference of the outer tube along the circumferential direction and the longitudinal direction. The inner extrusion pin is protruded from the inner circumference of the outer tube. The end member is welded at the both ends of the longitudinal direction of the outer tube. A sheet member(140) coupled with a gateway pipe(150) is combined with the end member. The inner tube has an expanding portion(121). The expanding portion is inserted into the outer tube. The expanding portion is welded with the inner side of the end of the end member.
