PURPOSE: A generation system of an intelligent contents and a generation method of the intelligent contents for improving a convenience function of a user are provided to solve inconvenience about installing a player program by supplying the contents execution program. CONSTITUTION: A provider terminal(100) stores a media data, a resource and an event operation list. The provider terminal provides the content execution program through communication network(20). The content execution program includes a management program. The management program performs a corresponding event operation of the event operation list through at least one data. A user terminal(200) stores the content execution program. The media data is reproduced by the resource of the content execution program.
