PURPOSE: A system setting video document on a terminal standby screen, a mobile communication terminal and a method thereof are provided to improve service satisfaction of a client by automatically supporting the set of video document on the standby screen. CONSTITUTION: A video document on a web includes a mobile communication terminal(100), a converting server(200) and a web server. If a format converting request of a web video is received from the mobile communication terminal, the converting server downloads corresponding video document from the web. After format conversion of the video document, the converting server transmits video document to the mobile communication terminal.
